Holly-Wood is a family owned Guest House in Windermere run by Josette and Mark Bayley who offer a warm welcome to all their guests.
We are situated in a quiet position just 3 minutes walk from Windermere?s village amenities and Bowness-on-Windermere, with its boat rides, is a short stroll down the hill.
The house is strictly non-smoking through-out and we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets. Well behaved children are welcome from 2 years old. We have a small car park at the rear of the property that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
